Managed, handled the opening of the showroom and worked at Build- Station Co. (NABINA HOLDING). As Showroom Manager from March 2023 till present Hatch Sanitary Ware, European Tiles & Building Materials Showroom at Doha-Qatar.
Responsibilities:
1 - Set positive plans to achieve showroom target.
2 - Prepare and analyze reports about sales figures, customer feedback and market research and discuss same with management in order to take appropriate actions and plans accordingly.
3 - Ensure general discipline of overall showroom staff, effective display of goods in the showroom to attract customers and give maximum exposure to products.
4 - Manage stock levels based on management guidelines.
5 - Create a positive environment that result in stable retention and a reduction of staff turnover.
6 - Sharing products knowledge and explaining to clients and staff about Sanitary Ware, Tiles and Building Materials.
7 - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops.
8 - Make sure that the showroom has continuous proper display.
9 - Work closely with other departments design, projects, supply chain, media team, finance and admin.
Managed, handled the opening of the showroom and worked at Levante Contracting & Trading Co (NABINA HOLDING). As Showroom Manager / Project Sales Consultant from April 2019 till march 2023 Doha-Qatar.
1 - Set positive plans to achieve showroom monthly target.

- To take the order in any deviation (B.C.C.W - blinds - curtains - carpet & wall paper) or sanitary ware - chandelier - home decor - parquet - tiles)
- To make the sales order after customer decision.
- To replace the customer order from my stores and follow-up till the products

- To check and solve the customers complaints
- To call all Danube customers from the H.O tow times in the month for customer relation service and report the comments and complaints to the retail manager.
