• Managed the Food & Beverage Sector, with a budget of 125 million Euro.
• Developed strategic plans, supplier assessments, quality control processes, and performance standards.

• Multi-M Group- Management contract to optimize sales and integrate operations between 12 factories. Eliminated LE 6 million of annual tardy penalties. Manufacturer of office and vehicle furniture.
