Responsibilities:
-Supervision on preparing all required document and placing order on time.
-Supervision on preparing shipment and costing summary in order to push in stock.
-Communication and tracking payment with corporate treasury regarding Letter of credit / BPS.
-Propose pricing strategy and updating price list.
-Supervision on preparing stock and supply chain, and sales report.
- Propose product-line up strategy and preparing Grade-walk sheets.
- Supervision on creating and updating Product file in autoline.
Spearheaded delivery of monthly sales forecasts, annual business plans, and the implementation of strategic sales and pricing plans to ensure achievement of established objectives of assigned portfolio of valuable brokers. Ensured the delivery of consistently excellent customer service by facilitating training programs on available products, sales programs, and customer etiquette. Monitored and motivated performance of brokers by coordinating incentive programs to support continuous improvement.
•Re-control the broker stocks to 2 months of sales where previously no KPI resulted in over stocked.
•Developed innovative incentive program to drive sales of the Nissan Pick-up.
•Fortified sales force knowledge by delivering product training program in association with training department.
Stayed abreast of pricing plans for existing and new products by regularly liaising with Middle East regional offices and conducted market research to analyze competitors’ products in addition to supervising the implementation of product plans and pricing strategies Delivered, reviewed, and updated monthly estimates for product roll-outs, provided constructive feedback to the front-line sales team, and established the pricing ladder and structure for various customer segments

•Created BMW and Mini -Jaguar, Land Rover, Range Rover
