My Duties:
1/ Maximize sales and profit2/ Maximize productivity targets (sales per sqft, Bs, Bda, etc)3/ Control costs and wastage4/ Review and effectively deal with fast/ slow lines, new ranges and end ofranges and implement necessary action5/ Strategize and Research and look for good property and Locations6/ Ensure all the stores are in compliance with the store operating andcustomer service standards7/ Ensure all the stores are in compliance with the company policy onemployment and state laws, health and safety standards8/ Ensure all store sales, promotions are planned effectively
9/ Manage and support in team recruitment
10/ Ensure that all new recruits understand their job and inducted well within
the company
11/ Oversee staff deployment and drive motivation levels
My Duties
1-Design, develop and implement strategic plans in a cost-effective and timeefficient
manner.
2- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization,
including managing committees and staff and developing business plans in
collaboration for the future of the organization
3-Lead the organization and develops its organizational culture
4-Maintaining security and integrity of Company assets
5-Set and Achieve sales target to maximize stores profits
6-Achieving customer service, safety 7-Motivate store staff to assessing
their performance and ensuring that they work with their maximum potential
Achieve sales target to maximize store profit through maintaining
complete product range.
2-Manage and support customer service, food safety and hygiene in store
with
respect to the set standards to ensure consistency and quality of service
and
products.
3-Motivate store staff to assessing their performance and ensuring that they
work
with their maximum potential to maintain positive employee morale.
