Exporting end products to customers in different European countries.
Receiving the orders from the customer and send back the Performa invoice after checking with the warehouse the availability of the materials and checking the arrival of the needed materials to warehouses with respect to the received purchase orders.
Sending the order to the different departments (printing, backing, cutting, & packaging) and support the production plan process in order to make sure that the order will be dispatched on the requested date.
Follow up the order flow in each department; check with the shipping department if they ordered the container and on which shipping line.
Checking the payment terms of each customer as well as checking with the financial department that we have received the requested amounts as scheduled.

Monitoring the markets I am dealing with in order to figure out the needs and to serve our customer better.
Enhance our agents in different countries to approach new customers.
