• Senior Accountant Payable (Reporting to the Finance Manager)
Supervise 12 Cashiers Responsible for :
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and
recording accounts receivables’ data
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
• Daily and monthly forecasting for cash operation management
• Dealing with the suppliers and vendors related to their payments.
• Responsible for the monthly closing for the HQ and all Fetchr Hubs (15 Hubs)
Senior Accountant (Reporting to the Finance Manager) Supervise 5 accountants Responsible for :
• Create and follow the daily transactions and the daily Journal restrictions
• prepare the annual Budget and the balance sheet for the company
• studying the Tender and make the cost estimation for each elements inside it
• Control the Treasury and follow up the site accounts for their PT.Cash
