Responsibilities:
o Driving Business growth within a company
(financially, Investment, Sales, Procurement)
o Develop network relationships to attract a new
clients.
o Research new market opportunities and oversee
growth projects
o Handle communications with all stakeholders intl.
and domestic suppliers
o Organizing the dept. process and Assigning the tasks
to dept. staff in a proper way
o Develop a Marketing and Sales strategies
o Create a strategy and plan for the BD department.
o Make a sales projection & forecast revenues
o Provide new projects for business sustainability
o Preparing Financial projections & sales target
o Preparing Sales presentations & training the BD team
o Presenting STL in events and business meetings
o Developing a digitization system for Project
management, Procurement, and Finance.
o Support all stakeholders for diverse functions
Make a workflow chart on a daily basis for all
activities and checklist for all tasks
Develop a KPI for department activities
