•Manage Supply chain function for group of companies in the field of Mobiles, Accessories, and Home appliances for a big portfolio brands (Huawei, VIVO, INFINIX and LG).
•Manage the Logistics, import, customs clearance, Demand planning& forecasting, distribution, Warehousing, Purchasing, Fleet, Maintenance and retails network.

•Control the fleet and Maintenance function, GPS Live tracking and route planning function for all Fleet Portfolio cars.
•Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
•Driving best practice of processes and systems within the supply chain, including S&OP, Demand and order planning for all retails and end customers.
•Manage the SC ERP Implementation (Oracle fusion) for all modules
•Control the budget and SC costing function

•Manage the import and distribution plan for low voltage electricity market (accessories for two big brands in electricity market (Hager & Hyundai electric)).
•Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, Logistics, warehousing and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customer.
•Manage inventory techniques and establishes controls to ensure the highest level of performance based on key performance metrics and minimized supply chain risk
•Researches and evaluates new products, equipment and vendors; negotiates reviews and maintains contracts for supplies, equipment and services; monitors performance of contracted vendors.
•Achieve all agreed targets for People (safety, absence, engagement), Customer Service, Business Process (order fill rate, forecast accuracy, waste management), Financial (OPEX, CAPEX, inventory days) and other metrics.
•Ensure capability plans for staffing levels and machines and outsourcing are timely, cost effective, and operationally effective and support customer requirements.
•Ensure distribution warehouses are sized, designed and staffed properly in line with future requirements for volume, handling, storage, shipping and value-added service.

•Create cohesive process from sales forecast to end-product distribution of world-class demand planning and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
•Establish goals, metrics for forecast accuracy, planning data integrity, S&OP performance, service and inventory and create governance requirements for successful integrations.
•Monitor the demand plan performance throughout the month to provide detailed input to Sales and Marketing management for use in demand review and S&OP meetings.
•Manage others & drive best practice sharing within team and between cross-functional analytical groups.
•Streamline supply chain processes across the organization.
•Customization of Plant parameters, MRP group, Availability Check, BOM control parameters, Standard Value key, Control key, Production Order types, Scheduling parameter, Confirmation parameter, Number ranges.
•Very good Knowledge of business process cycle and policies in PP, SD, MM, WM and PM.
•Creation and Maintenance of Master data - Material masters, Bill of Material, Work Center and Routing.
•Production orders creation, release, and confirmation, technically complete and close in Discrete Manufacturing with Make to order and Make to Stock planning strategies.
•Managing activities related to MPS and MRP, production planning (PP), Inventory management, service levels, Transportation, warehousing and reverse Logistics
•Setting supply chain goals and objectives.
•Control capacity plan, Scheduling, ATP &CTP for our Customers.
•Managing forecasting methods for all material types.

•Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and organization's ethics/ integrity practices.
•Prepare materials, Warehouse, Equipment’s spare parts and freight budget
•Review the financial statement results (P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow) and working to improve the numbers of COGS, EBDA, EBIT, DOH, DPO, Freight expenses and revenue.
•Prepare production plan on a weekly basis.

•Maintain MRP running and analyze exception message errors.
•Prepare Production orders for machines and trace the Delivery performance
•Coordinate every Quarter with marketing department to make a forecast for our product groups and evaluate the forecast accuracy (MAD, Tracking signal &Theil coefficient).
•Ensure that products are received, handled, stored and delivered correctly.
•Ensure that the warehouse environment is suitable for keeping materials and products according to standardized GMP requirements.
•Manage the Preventive maintenance for warehouse equipment's and follow up the quality & productivity of it.
•Coordinate with sales team the booking for loading plan.
•Prepare and arranging all Bookings with the forwarders.
•Customers/logistics daily follow up emails.
•Handling all logistics internal or external problems and inquires.
•Communicate with the sales by quoting them the freight& FOB Charges for all destinations
•Follow up the dispatches with the shipping lines till the containers arrive.
•Communicate with airlines/forwarder for all air shipments (freight, shipment's volume, flight details, and dispatches).
