- Recruitment responsibilities:
Participating in classifying candidates resume
recruitment and interview schedules
Conducts interviews up to Senior Executive levels. Arranges interviews for management levels. Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates
Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.
Preparing the work contract for the acceptable candidates.
Participating in designing and conducting new employee orientation.
Conducts exit interview
Participating in following up employees' medical insurance & social insurance
Preparing and maintaining employee's files.
Following-up the renewal of employees' contracts.
Organizing employees Systems Vacations and preparing staff balance leave.
Filling the end of service.
Participating in calculating employees' monthly time sheet.
Prepare the job analysis and extract the JB (Job description) and JS (Job specifications) for most of positions and update it every 6 months.
Participating in prepare business development manual.
