o Manage the performance of all security personnel deployed at various schools under ADEK.
o Follow up on a daily basis with all ADEK School principals and addressing complaints.
o Train and refresh the deployed security guards to perform their best during the duty.

o Ensure the proper functioning of the site in safety and security. Any abnormality to be report to the management.
o Conduct patrolling in regular intervals through all emergencies and ensure sensitive and hidden areas are safe and secure.
o Counting of all the assets and company properties and report to the management.
o Ensure the proper maintenance of the Fire Equipment and First Aid Boxes
o Ensure that the staff are alert for a possible emergency situation by training them to respond professionally.
o Maintain all Patrolling Supervisors' monthly site visit report and ensure they achieved the tasks accordingly overall ADEK facilities across Abu Dhabi, AL AIN and Western Regions.
o Ensure that all the guards are on their locations and their types of equipment
are in good condition to avoid negligence
o Ensure that all management instructions and orders are implemented o Responsible for all control room charges (Files, Staff Register, Digital Camera Systems, Assorted Log Books, Alarm System, Office Equipments etc.)
o Ensure that all the fire types of equipment, sprinkler valves, hose reels and sensor alarms are checked on a weekly basis.
o Ensure that the allocations of the cameras are useful for security requirement.
