As a strategic partner, the main responsibility is to provide guidance and HR advocacy with business leaders to align the culture and vision of the organization by leveraging expertise in people practices, programs, policies, processes and technologies in order to create business value and high performance culture. The role collaborates with the Business Leaders (COOs/GMs) on all strategic issues such as manpower planning and recruitment, business expansion and succession planning which may have long term effect on the operation.
