Sales/Business Development

• Achieving and exceeding personal sales target reporting to head Sales Manager.
• Interview and recruit sales executives.

• Effectively Studies The Other Banks Offers.
• Resolve the Client's Problems According To The Rolls Established By The BANK. And Meet the Set Criteria.
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the branches team.
• Act as a link between Management and employees
• Conduct market analysis to generate leads and maintain competitive awareness
• Assist the Branch Manager/Regional Manager with collating information relating to Tender applications
People Management
• Hold weekly meetings; discuss task delegation and review issues
• Branch communication - encourage respect and open communication
• Assist in the interview and recruitment/retention of team members
Other
• Perform auditing and quality checking
• Cover desks as required
