• Formulating the marketing plan for the Diagnostic line all over the MENA region that will complement with the business plan of the whole company and will support our strategic objectives
• Supervising and supporting on implementing the formulated plan in each office across the MENA region
• Formulating performance evaluation sheets on quarterly basis to identify the level of progress of each office in relation to the planed objectives and assigned targets with providing contingency plan in case it is needed
• Periodic visits to the KOL, s across the Region to support in huge deals or build for future sales and monitor the performance of the sales of all offices across the MENA region
• Monitoring and improving the technical awareness level of the sales staff
• Communicating with the Diagnostic line suppliers regarding arranging the suppliers support (training and marketing support ) for the sales departments in different offices along with following up the purchase orders of different offices from the suppliers (discounts, Lead time ……etc)
• Managing, training and evaluating the business development team on continuous basis
