(new SIP extensions - IVR design - configuring Calls Recording - configuring Dial plan - configuring moitor & reporting system)
- Developing, customizing and maintaining CRMs for new customers
(CRM customization - Reports & dashboards customization - workflow implementing - Escalation matrix developing - supporting and fixing issues)
My company works in Telecommunications field as VOIP (Voice over IP), Soft PBX, Call Center applications (Call Recording, IVR, Monitoring), CRM, TTS and Integration between Call Center and CRM
My role as a R&D team leader is:
- Designing and Analysis for new software
- Team -that contains from 3-4 developers- guidance and tasks distributing
- Integrating tasks into the applications
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Customization
- IVR (Interactive Voice Response) tree Designs
- Sakhr TTS (Text to Speech) integration with IVR
- Database integration with IVR
