Managing and coordinating the plant activities in the: Production, Technical, Logistics and Quality
Ensuring and accountable for compliance to all applicable HSE laws, guaranteeing the implementation appropriate procedures and company ds, Passing Civil defence inspections and two third party inspections in relationship with HR and HSE with Zero findings
Monitors and devises improvements related to plant’s KPI’s (material yield, conformity rate, productivity index) increasing the Material yield from 95% to be 99% and additives from 99% to be 102%
Supporting the production and maintenance departments in the launching of the new projects through adding 8 new production lines from different technologies (EBM, CIM, IBM).
Improving the way of work for the maintenance department ensuring the proper follow of the downtimes which supported in the top losses tracking and creating the plans to eliminate it.
Participating in drafting and analysing budgets and forecasts for the plant highlighting the opportunities and threats for the business

Re-structuring of the logistics department increasing the performance.
Decreasing the clearance time from 20 to 7 days enhancing the communication with suppliers
Redesigning the warehouse increasing the capacity with 30% serving in the handling
Increasing the inventory accuracy from 95% to be 99% by improving the consumption process
Working on the client’s forecast eliminating the sudden changeovers to be Zero absorbing all the sudden orders
Improving the forecasting and planning increasing the OTIF from 86% to be 99%
Leading the Operations departments (Production-Maintenance-Planning-Warehouses)
Support the Top management in building the operations procedures and improving the performance
Support in transforming the business to be corporate ensuring a methodical way in this change
Planting the first seeds for supply chain department by establishing a planning department
Present the KPIs concept matching what can be applied with the current phase.
Support the quality department in reviewing the management system as per ISO 9001 & BRC standards
Establishing the HSE department and introducing the concept
Restructuring the purchasing team building a tram that can improve relationship with Suppliers.

Reorganising the production department creating a process for planning and packaging
Improving the storage process by standardizing the packaging which improved the handling and decreased the waste due to bad storage.

Handling the merge of two companies supply chain teams in two different sites.
Restructuring the purchasing department, enhancing the follow over the POs and communication with suppliers
Implementing new supply chain software (AlplaPROD) that covers all the SC processes from Budgeting till Delivery, managing stocks through Computerized Warehouse Management System
Developing communication with other regions in regard to material that gave us flexibility and saving in the raw material purchases.
Handling the communication with the FMCG teams ensuring delivery of the monthly needs
