• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Resolving network issues.
• Working on grandstream central and IP Phone.
• Installation and support for local printers and Scanner.
• Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.

• Design Configuration for infrastructure network and supervise its implementation.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN).
• Provide technical assistance and support for other systems, Printers, CCTV, Time Attendance, Internet Service, communications, and any other IT-related system Installation and support for local and network printers and copy machines.
• Ensure IT Security is implemented on end-user for data protection (Antivirus updated).
• Ensure that the server is working properly and manage any issues that might arise.
• Use Active Directory for managing users (Create, Unlock & Delete Users, and Reset Passwords), groups, and computers.
• Responsible for the backup process for end users according to IT Policy.
• Handle the roll-out of new applications.
• Monitor company IT assets.
• Responsible for Maintaining, Troubleshooting, and Managing Panasonic KX-TDE600 Central and IP Telephone.
• Responsible for the installation and giving support for external company Sites On-site or remotely using remote tools such as Anydesk, and TeamViewer, etc.
• Responsible for preparing and updating the inventory of hardware & software and documenting activities.
• Responsible for photocopiers & Printers and supervising their maintenance with Maintenance Company.
• Follow-up with the Procurement Department on all requirements such as hardware, Software, Toner, spareparts for photocopiers and printers, and all IT tools.
