Brief the advertising agencies and other vendors about the assigned VAS and/or promos which need to be communicated to Elsewedy Electric current and/or potential customers.
Coordinate with the Branding team, Direct Marketing team, CSR team, and Business Units in order to develop integrated and consistent communication with local and international accounts.
Planning, coordinating and executing ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
Coordinating all corporate media related activities.
Local and international event coordination
Coordinate with research team in order to receive valid and updated consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and other market information and analysis.
Reviews and modify assigned communication material to make sure it is simple and clear, well understood, free of language mistakes, and abiding by brand strategy, character, tone-of-voice, creative direction, and guidelines
Collect feedback and approvals from all projects stakeholders before implementation.
Collect feedback followed by approvals on every piece of communication/advertising assigned.
Collect, maintain, and report competitive information and analysis.
Operating on a regional level by assisting territories sales and marketing management with communications, media and advertising materials to successfully present the company's products and services to customers and prospects.
• Responsible for the development and execution of group marketing activities to promote the company as a whole like participating in offshore exhibitions, advertising and PR in business and trade magazines, etc.
• Responsible for developing PR strategies and plans across our dealerships and implementing PR plans working with the local marketing departments.
• Assist in developing and formulating yearly marketing communications budgets & plans, working closely with center of excellence COEs and the BU to support their business strategies in each territory and product line.
• Monitoring and evaluating marketing communications campaigns effectiveness across all product lines in all our dealerships.
• Responsible for brand compliance and provide guidelines to marketing departments in territories to build consistency in all marketing communications.
• Developing draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials and presenting to communications supervisor for review and approval.
• Developing and coordinating production of brochures, multimedia packages, video and point-of-purchase displays—for particular assignments.
• Developing direct mail programs, as dictated by the assignment, and monitoring roll-out of the campaign and checking for success level at conclusion.
Preparing weekly commercial report for HQ in Singapore.
Sending out weekly announcements to main line operators.
Performing space allocation planning for a service of 8 vessels capacity.
Working BTL in a corporate event management company called Event Middle East, where I participated in the organization of many mega events and held several key accounts such as Emaar Misr while celebrating the opening of “Up Town Cairo”, Mercedes Benz celebrating the launch of the “GLK”, Nielsen organizing a marketing conference “Consumer 360”, Transglobe celebrating the opening of the company and several others.
I managed several responsibilities successfully such as:
Account Management
• Handled several client accounts and keeping in touch with previous clients through different means of communication and providing a link between the clients & the suppliers.
• Managed different client related projects & requests.
• Managed to close several sales deals
• Prepared different proposals and action plans according to the nature of each account & the requirements of each client, through the coordination with different company departments such as the sales, art, & operation.
• Handled different media relations in order to ensure media coverage for different events (when required), I was also responsible for gathering & archiving different media clippings from various sources.
Marketing
• Handled projects related to marketing in the company such as the development of the company’s communication materials such as the newsletter, brochure, and the development of its credentials.
• Web content creation and management for company’s website.
• Administrated the company’s Face Book group.
Operation
• Joined the operation department during the happening of any event and handling a team of 15 people or more through close monitoring, guidance & follow up to achieve different elements of production efficiently, therefore assuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Supervised the production of several POS materials.
Successfully completed the internationally recognized Integrated Marketing Communications professional diploma at the AUC.
