- Receiving hiring requests from the companys different departments according to
Manpower planning
- Discuss Manpower planning budget with HR & Hiring Managers
- Sending Manpower Daily report to operation Department
- Coaching Recruitment Team & Giving them support
- Responsible for the full recruitment activities for all positions across various
functions
- Build strong relationships with all business stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Coordinate with our stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and business
requirements.
- Source and screen candidates through different channels.
- Perform competency-based interviews for all potential candidates, and identify
the best talent for the current or future positions.
- participate in employment fairs and recruitment events to establish a strong
employer brand.
- Preparing the monthly recruitment reports ( cost per Hire, time to fill, offer
acceptance Rate, Turnover analysis ) .
- Create job offers and do the needed Confidential archival.
- Conduct Exit interview
- Create weekly and monthly Track and report hiring metrics (e time-to-hire,
time-to-fill and source of hire)
- Advertise all vacancies internally through the companys network, and externally
through channels
- Update recruitment database and maintains application archiving systems.
- Assisting with personnel needs.
- Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review all Human Resource
Department initiatives,
- Developing annual manpower plan and innovative sourcing strategies and
techniques to achieve qualitative staffing
Effectively implementing the full life-cycle of the talent acquisition process for a
wide range of positions
- Develop & maintain right manpower planning for respective business units and
provide input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession
planning and report back to the HR Manager.
- Follow up the projects salary budget and calculate the profit from the total value
of the project contract
- Responsible for Casual workers & calculate their Wages
- Supervising & Follow up Site Admins to ensure that the principles of human
resources are applied in projects
Responsible for hiring process by job posting, screening and interviewing
candidates
follow upon employees attendance and departure from sites
Issuing job offers and inform job applicants of job duties, benefits, working
conditions, etc
update organization chart
Prepare employee letters required.
Assisting with personnel needs.
Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review all Human Resource
Department initiatives,
policies, procedures, and systems
