Category In Pallets reports to close all operational gaps.
2. Preparing DDS report \[ Daily Direction Setting \] for P&G meeting to discuss all operational issues & Solve.
3. Preparing KPIs Reports to main customers like ( P&G, Nestle, Shell, Mars LC Wikiki ) to follow-up the daily actions
regarding their stocks & all transactions.
4. Sending weekly reports, ready, planned, confirmed orders and available stock of both systems.
5. Make reconciliation with our main customers between 2 systems ( Customers & Agility ) & solve all system issues.
6. Make monthly compensation for main customers after every cycle count based on tolerance( Damage & Shortage)
7. Facilitates QA guidelines and policies adherence by evaluation and support to the Line staff and project personnel.
8. Preparing analysis and provide recommendations to determine the best areas for improvements in warehouse &
operation.
9. Forecasting and analyzes operational needs/trends that make managers take a good decisions.
10. Support Finance team in preparing invoices regarding all operational customers transactions.
11. Recommend actions to improve on time delivery performance to the customers.
12. Auditing on a monthly cycle count, Wall to Wall and do the necessary action on the system \[ Adjustment in / out /
Move \].
13. Assist in modifying reports on system to be more covering data with IT team ( Complicated Formula Via SQL
Language ).
14. Assist finance region & Egypt teams in closing all invoices on time for all customers monthly.
Achievements:
1. Create 2 Monitors systems for WMS department to kill wrong data issue for system with Visual Basic.
2. Create Outsource tracking system to tracking All cost center & revenue and profitability with Visual Basic
3. Make almost all data related to monthly billing enters on system automatically.
4. Create WMS tools system to facilitate their daily complicated tasks.
