1. Manage current contracts with Saudi Aramco.
2. Provide Maintenance to all services within the contract.
3. Responsible for invoicing, payments and collection.
4. Responsible for the business development and creating opportunities.
5. Manage all involved manpower and provide continues development to Operations and Maintenance specialists.
6. Represent SNME in all meetings.
7. Provide market research on regular basis regarding O&G activities, competition and developments.
1. Responsible for the Fleet Inspection Department in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman & Bahrain.
2. Set weekly, monthely & annual targets for the department.
3. Reporting to the General Manager.
4. Constant quality improvment aligned with cost reduction.
5. Responsibsle for the Fleet Insperction Supervisors & Fleet Inspectors.
6. Plan & excuite training courses and knowledge discussion to increase the quality of the team.
7. Re-sale of all assets within the GCC operations.
Responsibilities:
1. PM for assigned fleet in Qatar.
2. Repair of assigned fleet in Qatar.
3. Managing the maintenance department.
4. Managing the procurement department.
5. Analys all activities and resaults, to create improvement plans, on regular basis.
6. Export/Import Fleet to assigned Region.
7. Sale of old assets (Cranes, Trucks, Cars, Scrap, ..)
Responsible for planning, execute and review the sales activities on daily basis. develop the sales product line, strengthen the relationships with the existing client and build better relations with the new ones. Improve the brand (Manitowoc - Grove) value in the central provision in Saudi Arabia.
Train and support the entire sales team technically and fine tune their sales skills.
Handling top brands: Hiab, Grove, Hyster, Cummins, Bobcat, Perkins, Hitachi, Snorkel/Upright, Massey Ferguson. My scope includes costing, ordering, stock control, marketing, sales, delivery of equipments, training and review of plans and setting new plans.

Handling Atlas Copco, JCB, Dynapac, Fassi, Parker, Clark, Himoinsa, Upright, GJJ, Hatz, Trelawny & Others.
