- To participate in a small team of personnel in an effective and efficient way and co-ordinate with all units of HRD to provide HR service to projects.
- To deliver an effective generalist HR service through efficient planning and execution of work processes including co-ordination of airport pickup, salary advances and completion of joining formalities for new employees.
- Co-ordinate with HRD Administration unit for medical / residency formalities of new employees.
- To undertake interviews for new, existing, resigned, terminated or dismissed employees in accordance with HR procedures.
- To maintain professional confidentiality regarding employee personal and company-sensitive information.
- To manage and maintain personnel records in accordance with company procedures.
- To act as a focal point for employee issues including grievances, discipline and vacation.
- To identify, analyse and solve HR issues.
- To manage all services and activities related to recruitment.
- To source, screen shortlist/recruit suitable candidates from local or overseas through HR database, Recruitment agencies, Employee referral, Newspaper advertisement, On-Line recruitment, etc., according to the procedures, agreed time levels and budget.
- To plan and finalize interview schedule with the overseas recruitment agencies.
- To complete joining formalities and salary advance for the new recruits.
- To coordinate with Administration to expedite the visa of the recruited candidates abroad
