Arabic Call Center Agent
The Call Center Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email. They promptly address inquiries, resolve concerns related to airline travel, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Effective problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellent service are essential.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Answer calls regarding general information about Silver Airways flights and address customer concerns.
- Navigate computer terminals to view screens, send/receive email correspondence, and assist customers.
- Sell ancillary products during incoming calls.
- Conduct online searches for miscellaneous travel-related information.
- Process bookings and ticket exchanges.
- Assist Arabic-speaking customers.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Perform other assigned duties.

*Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
*Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
*Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
*Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
*Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
*Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
*Book venues and schedule speakers
*Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
*Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms

*Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
*Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
