Job Responsibilities as Revenue Accountant: from Aug 2009 to Oct 2012
• Handling all revenue entries, issuing corporate & retails invoices.
• Managing cash, receivable and other revenue.
• Posting daily batches to general ledger and preparing daily reports eg cash flow, PDC received etc.
• Handling all banking accounts, banking reconciliation, remittances received, credit card receivables charges, PDC received deposit.
• Preparing & following the collection of PDC Received.
• Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports eg AR Aging, income statement & collection, etc.

Job Responsibilities as Payables Accountant: from Nov 2012 to Jan 2015
• Handling all payables entries, receiving and recognizing vendors invoices and settle them payments.
• Preparing daily cash flow to following PDC paid issued and banks balances.
• Prepare monthly payrolls in WPS system, normal transfers etc.
• Managing petty cash receiving from cashiers and posting to GL.
• Handling banking transactions, following all debited transactions, transfers and Cheque issued.
• Preparing monthly reports such as AP aging, provisions for EOS, commission, annual leave, over time, part time, fixed assets etc.

Job Responsibilities as Chief Finance Officer: from Feb 2012 to Till Now
• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Planning and supervising the process of Applying an ERP Solution.
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow, management reporting for submission to the main Branch and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounts information.
