➤Design the new projects using (Autodesk Inventor and Solidworks) then Simulation this design and
performance.
➤Prepare Studies, Quantity Estimates and contribute to preparation of proposals and man-hour
estimates.
➤Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
➤Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications
➤Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
➤Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
➤Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide
assistance and technical support.
➤Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective action.
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
♦Design machinery parts (i.e. Shafts Gears, etc.) to harmonize with the available manufacturing and
assembly technologies, generate its flat pattern and nest in various plates.
♦Responsible for material selection of parts in order to work properly within the function required and
bear the loads applied to according to mechanical standard, then check function with the whole system
(i.e. Ball bearings, Pulley, etc...).
♦Using Numerical Analysis software to assure the safety of machine parts.
♦Responsible for the continuous improvement through all the processes of the design and
manufacturing.
♦Participate in the establishment of the machine service manual.
-Main product I worked in:
♦Material handling Equipment, Screw conveyor systems, Bucket elevators, Rotary feeders - Rotary
airlocks, Belt conveyors,
♦Tanks and Pressure vessels, Bag Steel structural filters (dust collectors), Industrial Fans (centrifugal,
axial), Chain conveyors and discharges.
Job Responsibilities and Details:
➤ Design the product and preform stress analysis with (Autodesk inventor and Ansys )
➤Determination raw of materials required and calculation cost to review with the client
➤preparing the martial and machining with CNC machine to sent to assembly line .
➤ Assemble the final product with more 30 tons of steel to create trailer .
