Role:
- Manage team of BI System and Reporting Analyst to facilitate Ad-hoc Reports & Dashboard development.
- Act as BI interface for all reporting requirements to Telenor Pakistan business units.
- Gathering reporting requirements from cross functional business /commercial teams.
- Mapping business requirements against technical CLDM implementation.
- Identifying solutions available for developing a report (Business Objects /Ad-hoc).

Role:
- Manage a team of BI Consultants to ensure BI solutions architecture and design while promoting the utilization of BI within the organization.
- Planning of the overall architecture of solutions; including performance considerations, storage selections, data schemas, and subject definitions.
- Perform in-depth analysis and build strong understanding of each Commercial Business Unit’s working, processes and Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensuring that the architecture & design of the assigned projects is harmonized across BI Solutions and is as per industry standard implementations.
- Uses skills in data design and modeling techniques to develop the solutions according to the proposed design.
- Explore and recommend latest BI tools and technologies that are aligned with business strategy and upcoming requirements.
- Build strategic partnerships with key stake holders within the organization and develop/enhance the culture of utilizing BI.
- Manages vendors and ensure strong relationships with them to carry out and deliver the projects smoothly.
- Stay abridged with latest trends and improvements in the industry related to BI and periodically identify and analyze areas of improvement for BI Solutions.
- Team building and structuring the team with concepts of delegation of authority, responsibilities and ownership.

- SAS Upgrade - SAS 9.1 to 9.2 along with Marketing Automation 5.1 to 5.3 & 5.4 - Redesigning semantic layer and implementing new physical layer as per latest Micro - Segmentation Strategy.
- Business Object Upgrade - Business Object RXI 2 to 4.0 along with Performance Manager to Strategy Manager 10.
- Roadmap Design - Location Intelligence, Customer Lifecycle Management and Advanced Analytics to facilitate Business departments with latest BI techniques.
- Behavior Centric Routing & Magic Screen Application Support & Integration of new business changes and ensure alignment of changes to any affected systems.
Role:
Lead and supervise the development, maintenance and enhancement of the BI Projects & Processes.
SAS Projects from their solution discovery phase to planning, implementation, structuring and administration.
Implementation, configuration, deployment of SAS ETL (Extraction, transformation and loading) process flow design and Load job scheduling.
Business Intelligence establishment of infrastructure including DW, OLAP and Data Mining.
Campaign Management project from the initial phase to planning, implementation and operation.
Identify issues and recommend initiatives to address data quality and data integrity.
Responsible for maintaining Data Standards and Data Governance across Data Warehouse and BI
Coordinate with commercial departments, development and infrastructure teams for business and IT partnership.
