Daily inspect vehicles with the team. Create daily output report. Evaluate technician output for training point of view. Recommend technician for training. Create Monthly, quarterly, half yearly, Yearly expense report. Give bright idea to cut down running cost. Run Campaign, have hands on experience on equipment, attend so many dealership training's and use it in daily operation when require, done commissioning and plan for maintenance requirement, use e.mail, ms office excel, word, power point, arrange equipment for repair, coordinate with brake down team etc.
Handling the fleet maintenance by getting work done by out source garage, in limited budget. Managed Preventive and corrective maintenance. And provide the detail of cost where the expense goes to management. Saving also shows by using different method. introducing new vendors to control expense but of good quality. Provide plan for different types of vehicles. And do cross check and give trainings to drivers, and visit all area where the place where merchandise remove.
Achievement:- Run those units that were stop for more than 3 years as parts was not available in uae, by arranging there require parts.

Checking damage units if not able to resolve by technician, take action or taking approval

Create so many formats as per the requirement for our daily operation and implement after getting approval from management.
Create check list for different depart section to have checks.
Follow up with dealers if there is any issue related to delay in our fleet vehicles with dealers.
Managing petty cash demand through accountant. Only my signed bill been cleared by the accountant.
Create weekly, Quarterly, half yearly, yearly manpower report to have a control on man power consumption.
Create PM maintenance format and get approval from the management to run the show as per the requirement.
Create engine section and give training to running repair staff, our engine O/H rate is 3 engines in a week.
Arrange special tool in FOC (Scanners from Al Futtaim, Juma Almajid, Al Rustamani Nissan) for our fleet vehicles.

L.L.C as Mazda Work Shop Controller till 13 Jan. 2005 in which dealing in insurance works and estimates plus workshop requirement goes through me only plus controlling of body shop. From 13 January 2005 I was working in Galadari Automobile Co. Ziebart Depart. as In charge Abu Dhabi Branch. Since 17 April 2006 I am working as Sales Executive in Dubai Branch looking after retail & Fleet Business of Ziebart plus Workshop activity.

Since 12 December 2009 till Dec 2010 i am working as Garage In Charge in
Al Ain dairy Farms of Lives Stock, in my responsibility i have to manage all our garages in UAE. And to established in house garage in Al Ain farms. I have to manage the Fleet of more then 150 refrigerated trucks work in budget and to handle the fleet requirement and update the higher management regarding future requirements. Establish in house mane garage in Al Ain & manage light work near our other fleet parking, for major work arrange unit in Alain garage under my control, and side garage i.e outsource garages as per approved contract. Priority always given to in house repair. Manage insurance work, deal with insurance and allocated garage. inspect unit and do road test as Quality insurance.
