Daily inspect vehicles with the team. Create daily output report. Evaluate technician output for training point of view. Recommend technician for training. Create Monthly, quarterly, half yearly, Yearly expense report. Give bright idea to cut down running cost. Run Campaign, have hands on experience on equipment, attend so many dealership training's and use it in daily operation when require, done commissioning and plan for maintenance requirement, use e.mail, ms office excel, word, power point, arrange equipment for repair, coordinate with brake down team etc.

Fleet Maintenance in charge at Al Ghurair Food

Handling the fleet maintenance by getting work done by out source garage, in limited budget. Managed Preventive and corrective maintenance. And provide the detail of cost where the expense goes to management. Saving also shows by using different method. introducing new vendors to control expense but of good quality. Provide plan for different types of vehicles. And do cross check and give trainings to drivers, and visit all area where the place where merchandise remove.
Achievement:- Run those units that were stop for more than 3 years as parts was not available in uae, by arranging there require parts.

Managing petty cash demand through accountant. Only my signed bill been cleared by the accountant.
Create weekly, Quarterly, half yearly, yearly manpower report to have a control on man power consumption.
Create PM maintenance format and get approval from the management to run the show as per the requirement.
Create engine section and give training to running repair staff, our engine O/H rate is 3 engines in a week.
Arrange special tool in FOC (Scanners from Al Futtaim, Juma Almajid, Al Rustamani Nissan) for our fleet vehicles.

In Al Ghurair, we need small flour tanker to give deliver of flour hygienically properly in close area where our long tanker were not able to go. I shared drawing of tanker with local fabricator and provide them detail of instrument to be install on. In SRTA i established workshop from scratch.
