As a senior sale and supervisor my main functions are driving the sale, boutique operational work, stock and inventory management, merchandising assistance and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsible for the daily sales, merchandising and customer service operations of a high performance sales team. Demonstrating a high level of customer service, professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
• Preparing training programs focused on organizational expectations; coach and mentor/guide the team to deliver customer service excellence.
• Develop and manage customer relationship to maximize service satisfaction, promote goodwill generate business that contributes to sales growth. Monitor and resolve any service issues.

Driving the Sales team, tours promotion, researching of local tourism markets, working out and creating of tours and activities, admin work and reporting (Sales, income, discount). Promotion, publication, marketing work.
Cooperation and communication work with regular and new partners, creating of new promotion work to attract more guests/ visitors / tourists.
Direct coach, support and delegate the team of 20 people, monitoring their performance to achieve targets.
Main duty is driving of sale achievments, provide high standard of customer service, store admin work and reporting (Target achievments, KPI, customers feedback, inventory, stock managements, staff achievements feedback, daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports).
Monitoring staff performance to achieve store targets.
Developing coaching and training programs to motivate the team and develop their potential and succession plans for the store.
Ensure the store is merchandised commercially and visually to company standards.
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of cash, floats and petty cash.
Analyze stock management information available to ensure sales opportunities are maximized
Main duty in my work was development of tourism in regions, namely working out of programs by improving infrastructure, promoting Kyrgyzstan as tourism country.
• development of the machinery providing coordination of policy in the sphere of tourism at state and regional levels,
• keeping of unified state register for the entities engaged in tourism activities and tourism industry objects;
• establishment of a positive image for Kyrgyzstan as tourism state in traditional tourist markets of CIS countries and far abroad;
• promotion of artisan production and handicrafts development for the purposes of tourism development;
• determination and regulation of policy in the sphere of development of the market providing tourist, excursion, hotel and accompanying services, including control over entry and exit tourist flows;
• coordination of governmental and nongovernmental agencies in the sphere of control over tourism, private tourist organizations and tourism industry entities of various agency belonging and type of ownership;
• Development of the concepts for governmental and national programs on tourism development.
My duties were:

• Learning as doing on domestic debt database, Improving domestic debt database
• Demand driven training/discussions/workshops on the guidelines for an autonomous debt agency.

Working out of instruments for conducting researches on the subject of the content of Journal and format in the questionnaire, analyze of conducted researches;
Presenting changes in the design of Journal’s publication;

Two years study in MBA with one year of qualification practical study in India. I had scholarship from UNDP, have graduated International Institute for Population sciences in Mumbai India (2004-2005) - Certificate/ Diploma of Population study for my higher qualification under my work.
Got scholarship under the UNDP program and my post graduate research study under the Government.
Since 1998 I attended faculty of history and regional study, where main subjects were international relationship, historical meanings of Middle east and central Asian countries, Management, and languages (english, Japanese).
