Currently 2 projects underway, one wellhead platform including ESPs, well fluids to be exported to nearby FPSO, currently under fabrication to be installed & handed over to drilling mid-March’15, project value $200MM. Second is a program of projects as part of a greenfield development & includes: tanker conversion to FSO, 2 wellhead platforms & 2 central processing facilities, interconnecting bridges & 5 pipelines. Project involves full topside processing of well fluids, export of condensate / black oil, reinjection of gas & disposal of processed water. Responsible for pre FID & post FID packages, resource & financial planning (AFE preparation & estimating), engineering from concept through to execute. Development of the overall strategy & plan of development with full cognisance of value drivers & development economics. Fabrication of the first wellhead platform to commence Feb’15. All management accountabilities & duties as previous assignments.
Additional projects recently completed include BC2, brownfield project undertaken as part of product recovery enhancement, handed to operations Sept’14, included design & installation of small tripod with booster compressor & additional gas pipelines, to provide gas lift to existing wells

In Country Manager, Nigeria, for Wood Group Kenny (formally JP Kenny), an International Pipeline and Subsea Engineering and Integrity Management Company, currently based in Nigeria, managing and responsible for all in country activities including:
• Responsible for providing all emergency response support as required in country

Projects range from offshore greenfield studies, FEED and detailed design engineering for pipelines, risers and subsea systems through to operations support of on and offshore brownfield facilities, FPSO and platform modifications and maintenance with the size of projects varying depending upon the client requirements. We are also developing the Nigerian office into an offshore engineering hub for West Africa to provide a one stop shop for engineering services in the region.

Associate Consultant Company / Client Representative with RPS Energy recently assigned to BP Egypt, to provide company representative services for offshore pre FEED geophysical and ROV pipeline and cable route surveys for the West Nile Delta project. Also providing company representative services for JP Kenny in Ghana on the Jubilee-Bonyere gas pipeline project and Luanda, Angola for CGG Veritas. In all cases fully responsible for all aspects of the projects including QA/QC and HSE. Other responsibilities have included geophysical interpretation duties similar to those as per previous assignments on offshore greenfield 2D HR and 3D surveys, acquisition and interpretation using SMT/Kingdom, whilst maintaining contractual requirements. Correlation of seismic data with well data and integration of various data sets for subsurface mapping, survey and data acquisition planning, structural interpretation and geohazard analysis / drilling hazards assessments to produce integrated subsurface maps, well planning etc. short term project..

Senior Offshore Projects Manager (EPIC) Pipelines, cables and subsea projects - with West African Ventures in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Responsible for all aspects of subsea project execution including: managing commercial, technical and operational construction activities, from tender stage to handover, tender and budget preparation, contract and subcontract administration, setting-up, motivating, and leading multicultural project teams, and risk management.
• Responsible for representing the company at all stages of the projects, including prospective clients and managing existing clients.
• Acting as point contact for review of construction / technical drawings, specifications and plans and coordinate with the project teams and management to resolve potential issues.

• Primarily involved in offshore Pipeline and cable (power and telecommunications) design, installation, shore pull-in, construction, load out and pre-commissioning projects but also cover various onshore and offshore installation and construction projects including; fabrication of jackets and decks and offshore installation of platforms and pipelines, dredging works, cofferdam construction, replacement FPSO mooring systems, topside - modification / replacement and renovation and new build and fabrication etc - from design to startup including fabrication works. Barge conversion including design, fabrication and installation of helidecks etc, firing line and stingers, and ensuring quality standards are maintained with correct adherence to relevant codes and specifications.

EPC Offshore Pipeline Construction Manager / formerly Assistant Construction manager for Saipem based at various locations worldwide on pipeline and cable (onshore and offshore) installation and fabrication projects (mechanical and civil works), such as the Dolphin Energy Project (EPIC) (Qatar and UAE), and Hasdrubal (BGT) (Tunisia).
• Management of construction and installation activities to meet the project schedules from initial planning and site establishment to handover. These duties include co-ordinating works for onshore and near shore construction, dredging, causeway / coffedam and jetty construction, survey and ROV works, fabrication works, installation and operation of concrete coating plants, roads construction, establishment of offshore support base and subcontractor administration, in addition to management of offshore installation activities.
• Providing technical review and approval of detailed engineering design, fabrication and installation documentation and scheduling for all phases of the projects; dredging and backfilling / rock-dumping activities, Shore Pull-in, jetty and causeway construction, dredging and onshore / offshore pipeline construction and installation activities, spools fabrication etc through to pre-commissioning and hand over. Other duties include; managing and mitigating environmental and socioeconomic for the projects and managing permit applications,

Involved in many aspects of geophysical, geological and hydrographic survey (acquisition and interpretation and subsurface mapping) within the oil and gas construction industry as well as the fibre optic and electric cable industry. Have followed a number of geological and geophysical projects from conception to commissioning which have included cable route and pipeline route surveys (pre-engineering and pre-construction) also included are Rigsite hazard surveys (Digital and analogue), regional bathymetric surveys, debris clearance, pipeline inspection (geophysical and ROV), free span, geohazard and anchoring condition surveys. Positioning and installation of jackets and subsea structures etc for NNPC. Used to dealing with a full range of geophysical / geological equipment and data types (2D and 3D). Experience of Geotechnical, Benthic and Environmental surveys. Further offshore experience gained on Jackups and semi submersibles in UKCS.

Duties included offshore QC of geophysical data from various sources i.e. surface / sub tow boomer, pinger, mini air gun and digital seismic, micromax QC. Other duties included interpretation and preparing reports on data acquired offshore, desk studies and seismic interpretation, client liason. The geophysical data is used to provide clients with survey information for the placement of drilling rigs, production platforms, cable and pipeline routes, as well as some exploration seismic studies. Survey information can include geohazard assessment ie. Shallow gas, geotechnical assessment - foundation conditions and debris clearance surveys.
