Recruitment: Managing the recruitment and selection process for all vacancies within Nakilat; providing recruitment support to JV's - this includes writing/reviewing job descriptions and person specifications; writing and placing job ads; short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates; reference checking and issuing of offer letters. Coaching and providing training to Managers and HR staff on the short listing and interviewing process. Manpower Planning and Budget: Responsible for preparing the annual Manpower Plan and Manpower Budget, Reviewing and amending organization charts to reflect approved new positions and communicating this information back to the requesting Directors/Managers; agreeing and implementing the recruitment schedule for approved new positions.
Job Evaluation: Using the Hay Job Evaluation Methodology, evaluating all positions, review outcome with HR and Administration Director; review and agree the outcomes with the departmental Manager/Director; prepare and present report to the Director, HR and Administration for endorsement prior to submitting report to the MD.
Policies and Procedures: responsible for reviewing and amending all policies related to Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment; Performance Management: - develop performance appraisal reports for use by department management as an aid to balance the distribution of appraisal ratings across the Company;
General: - Provide on-going guidance and direction on HR related issues to Managers/Directors, for example, disciplinary issues. Carry out investigations as requested. Provide support across the full HR remit in the absence of a HR Manager. Review/amend the Orientation/Induction Process and Exit Interview Process. Deal with queries from employees on all employment related issues.
