Responsible for all Piping and Welding activities, like carrying inspection of material receiving, on site inspections, coordination with PID, QC Documentations related to ongoing jobs at YASREF. Well familiar with ARAMCO standards, like SAES, SAEP, SATIP, SAIC and SATRs.

Worked for Construction of Oil Storage Facilities associated with Storage Tanks, Piping, Pipelines and Structural works.

Engineering Consultants service provider company. Worked as project engineer for various clients, mainly involved in designing of storages tanks and vessels. Preparation of BOQs, Tender Documents. Review of Piping Drawings, Piping Plan. Stress Analysis.

Inspection of construction activities, like Pipelines, Piping, Erection of Equipment, Sandblasing and Painting.

Responsibilities: (As a QA/QC Engineer on Project)
• Review, witness and inspection of subcontractors welding procedure specifications (WPS), procedure qualification record (PQR), and welder qualification test (WQT).
• Witnessing & reviewing of non destructive tests such as Radiographic Test (RT), Penetrate Test (PT).
• Monitoring the QA / QC documentation of the subcontractors and ensure that all activities are incorporated to their system on daily basis and can be traced according to project requirement.
• Daily co-ordination with contractors and sub contractors to be self motivated, flexible to cover other discipline activities if required, work as a team member with multi culture / national personnel.
• Conducting daily visual inspection of Piping and Structure Fitup and Welding.
• Conducting inspection of surface preparation (sand Blasting) and painting and prepare the inspection reports on daily basis.
• Ensure the quality of the work is as per quality assurance plan of the project by performing field inspection.
• Review and comment on materials, procedures, ITPS, method statements, etc.

Responsibilities: (As a QC Inspector on TAR, TAKREER, RRD)
Conducting inspection and keep coordination with client inspection team regarding equipment like,
• As opening inspection, cleaning inspection, NDT inspection and final inspection of Vessels, Columns, Drums and Heaters.
• Hydrostatic testing of Heat Exchangers, (Shell and Tube side), Fin Fan Coolers (Tube Side).

Conducting Inspection during each stage of construction work, like Storage Tanks, Piping works, Structure works, as
 To qualify the welders as per construction code, witness mechanical testing of PQR samples and incoming material.
 To Perform Site Inspections according to Site QCP, maintain work according to Quality Manual and develop the various types of formats for different inspection stages.
 To prepare the test Packs for piping and Storage Tanks Hydro test.
 To monitor the activities for the cleaning of piping system i.e. Water Flushing, Pickling (Acid Cleaning), Neutralization, Air Blowing and also Flushing Media.

Supervision, Inspection and Technical Supports as per Code/Standards, Procedures, Client Specifications and keep Coordination with Client and Sub-Contractors during execution of PIPE LINE Projects like:

 To Lead a team of Mechanical Supervisors/Foremen to execute all the activities of the Site/Project.
 To Arrange the Material in accordance with the Drawings and conduct the Welder Qualification for the assigned job.
 Planning and distribution of the Manpower for the daily jobs to be carried out.
 To Prepare and Submit Daily Progress Reports and update the status of Site/Project.
 Supervision of Material Receiving/Handling/Storage/Inspection as per the specifications.
 To monitor and supervise ROW, Excavation, Stringing, Lowering and Backfilling of Pipeline activities.
 To supervise the Fabrication, Welding of Pipeline, Coating of Pipeline Joints, Station Piping and Erection of Station Equipments.
 To monitor and supervise the Hydrostatic Testing of Pipeline, Station Piping, Drying of pipeline and Station Piping, Gas Commissioning of Pipeline including Station Piping and Equipments.
 To monitor the Cathodic Protection of Pipeline.

Over all responsible to Execute the job with Quality at each stage as per specification of client and Code/Standard, like:
 Fabrication, Erection, Welding, Sand Blasting and Painting,
 Visual Inspection of Welding, Vacuum Box Testing, Hydro Testing and Air Leak Testing,
 Erection of Equipment, Piping, Tubing works and Hydro Testing of Nitrous Oxide (N2O) Plant,
 Preparation final Documents and Dossier submissions,
 Ensuring that processes of the quality management system are established, implemented & maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
 Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system, including needs for improvement.
 Promoting awareness of customer requirements through the organization.

 Supervision on construction & installation of Storage Tanks, Process Piping, and Pipeline & Structure works.
 Conducting Visual Inspection of welding.
 Conducting Inspection of Sand Blasting, Holiday Detection, VBT & Hydrostatic Testing.
 Preparing weld maps, as built drawings & material status.
