JOB DESCRIPTION AS HR & PR:
• Preparation of Payroll and Leave control
• Sending E-mails and allocating incoming E-mails
• Processing Employees leave, resignation and Termination
• Investigate and understand staff absence, advice and recommend on disciplinary actions
• Calculating & Preparing End of Service Benefits as per Company Policy and UAE Labor Law
• Providing support in Training, recruitment, staffing, development and performance monitoring
• Process employee requests for inside training while complying with policies and procedures
• Basic counselling for staff wherever necessary
• Conduct exit interviews
• Provides support to supervisors and staff selection committee
• Preparing Performance appraisal whenever required
• Preparing Employment Contracts and Letter of Intent
• Controlling HR daily activities
• Drafting all types of letters
• Assisting PRO for preparing required document
• Prepare for exhibitions like career exhibitions etc time to time
• Sending E-mails and allocating incoming E-mails
• Processing Employees leave, resignation and Termination Maintaining complete documentation for HR Department.
• All types of HR Correspondences Both Arabic and English
• Proper Filing of Incoming and Outgoing documents, Faxes and other documents.
