g. New joiner pick up from the airport and drop off at accommodation.
h. Follow up on passport renewal.
i. RFID tracking for passports.
j. Airport passes/ Minhad passes.
k. Arabic letters/RTA permit
8. Manage the motivation, development, productivity and performance of assigned team members.
9. Support Senior HR Manager in analysis and management reporting.
10. Collate and analyse employee feedback to establish effectiveness of the process and share the findings with manager. Discuss, agree and implement corrective actions to manage any negative feedback related processes, systems and employees.
11. Monitor the renewal of permits and licenses including trade license.
12. Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures.
13. Ensure that all relevant documents are submitted periodically to the immigration office with regard to cancelled / absconding employees in order to be deleted from sponsorship list.
14. Developing and implementing timely and cost effective processes to manage passport and visa activities ensuring documents are tracked and reports are available to monitor progress.
15. Manage and control all financial implications related to visa processing and administration.
16. Keep an update on government regulations and statutory requirements and determine their impact on the company.
17. Responsible to manage Admin & Government relation operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
18. Developing internal and external relationships using formal and informal channels to liaise with appropriate authorities / bodies or contact persons to resolve any problems or matters concerning the Company, its operations or employees, including traffic accidents and police matters.
19. Acting as the first point of contact for senior management with regards to government relations.
20. Promote and build strong positive relationships and reputation with high public officials and their staff.
