• Responsible to lead and coach the Operations Support team, strike for excellent
• Analyze the logistic process, continuously monitor, identify areas for improvement and optimize process and system to attain optimization of time, delivery and cost effectiveness
• Ensure the operational SOP’s are properly documented, recorded and broadcasted to team members from time to time
• Periodic review of efficiency of total DC operations in conjunction to total supply chain cycle
• Participate and support global and local initiatives, find ways to improve operational efficiency in WMS, material flow, Process etc.
• Customer focus to achieve goods delivery within 100% lead-time fulfillment with higher filling rate to meet goods availability with our client’s global service protocols
• Provide all information about current and future to co-workers and explains it significance
• Communicate and cooperate with all relevant stakeholders
• Support and execute human resources management functions of training, development, and leadership
• Participate and leading of Projects/Process
• Secure succession planning for key positions
