• HR professional responsible for implementing full life cycle of recruitment from sourcing, pre-Screening, interviewing, presenting and closing offers.
• Helping Management to decide action plan for improving team productivity.
• Handled the team of recruiters to assign the requirement the requirements to particular recruiter.
• Assigned the daily goal to all the recruiters.
• Assist the recruiters, if they have any problem in particular position, or they didn’t understand the requirement.
• Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates through online networking using “LinkedIn”
• Provides weekly update report on all recruiting activities to the Clients and the Internal Senior Manager.
• Also responsible for the development of on-going, creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• As a team Lead, Maintain Client relationship and attend conference calls to update the client about the progress and activities of the recruiters.

• Sourced, screened, filtered resumes, checked references, interviewed and placed candidates with various clients on different projects.
• Recruiting via Internet job Portals, direct phone sourcing, referrals and expanded Internet sourcing (in house database)
• Responsible for the full hiring cycle, including resourcing; pre-screening; conducting personal interviews; coordinating managerial interviews; checking references; negotiating compensation packages.
• Screening, short-listing CV’s, scheduling interviews, follow-ups.
• Generate reports and formulate recruiting strategies.
• Handling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.
• Interacting with the hiring managers to understand the Job Requirements as well as take help Of Search Portals and candidates to understand specifications.
• Applied sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like internal database, job portals (Naukri, Monster), networking sites like Linkedin, Orkut and internal referrals.
• Screening the profiles suitable for the Client's requirement based on the salary offered and experiences in the industry, skills and assignments to be handled.
• Short-listing resumes based on the requirements.
• Gathering information about candidates (Work experience, present and expected compensation, location/relocation information, work authorization status, Notice Period, availability for the interview, and motivation factors, etc).
• Interacting with clients to get the interview schedule for short-listed candidates and making sure that candidate should not be a ‘No-Show’ by constant follow-up.
• Collects feedback from interviewers and informing the candidates on the same.
• Ensuring fast response time to client’s needs and requests & maintaining a strong network across for all assignments.
• Maintaining healthy HR relationships with candidates from their hiring till separation and post separation as well.
• Briefing the candidates about the job profile, package, organization, etc.
• Short listing the resumes by assessing the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualifications, experience and communication skills.
• Providing the company with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time frame.
• Involved in Interview Scheduling and all follow up actions thereafter till closure & Joining.
