⇒ First call of Contact is ITHELPDESK. Receives Almost 600 Calls in a Day from users of
DHA.
⇒ Onsite Engineer Visit user place and resolve the issues.
⇒ Works on Applications SAM, PHARMACY, Radiology Information System (RIS), NET
TERM, SUNQUEST, MS office 2003, MS office 2007, MS office 2010, MS office 2013,

⇒ Give Support to Laboratory Applications Net TERM, SUNQUEST and INTERMAC P4i
