• Co-ordinating with all cross-functional team’s such as planning, production, marketing & HO teams to avoid stock out situations and for any Non-moving stocks and for vendor payments and for clearance of pending shipments.
• Managing and ensuring the reverse logistic operation against returns and coordinating with QC & Accounts & Production to account the same and to finalize the liquidation plan.
• Cycle Counts & Monthly stock audit’s and ensuring periodical quality checks and ensuring immediate corrective/control point actions to prevent inventory losses.
• Yearly negotiation and execution for all space, warehousing, Laboure’s, and transportation agreements.
• Review, benchmarking, and control of cost of logistics for the region spend on Infrastructure, warehouse management and transportation.

Project: Athena - SAP Implementation
• Act as liaison between the ERP Implementation Partner /support team and business unit for the development and implementation of SAP- SD.

• Requirement Gathering, Business Process descriptions, use cases, test scenarios, tasks, and workflow analysis.

• Reduced the freight rates by 15 % from the existing rates by doing proper route optimization & Shoot Costing and introduced a new vendor for transportation services in turn brought the per kg cost from Rs.3.2 to Rs.2.72.
