Prime responsibility is to assist the managing director and operations director to analyze and solidify an
overall contracts strategy.
Report status of current contract processes to management.
Resolve any existing contract conflicts.
Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization.
Monitor & maintain necessary manning levels on projects, manage workforce coordinators to
facilitate the same.
Monitor & maintain necessary materials availability for the projects, coordinate with yard
managers to facilitate the same.
Act as liaison between company and subcontractors.
Ensuring that project documentation is issued to the client.
Preparing contract documents for execution.
Monitor financial status of contracts and advise the management if contract performance is
jeopardized.
Ensure timely submission of required reports.
Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.
Track authorizations and correspondence.
Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondences,
changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status.
Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and
government regulations.
Perform closing activities as needed.
Track payments and deadlines.
Analyze and mitigate risk.
Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
