Preparing Weld Summary, MT, PT, UT & RT Reports
Prepare piping test pack for evaporator, tank & piping etc..,
Welding inspection including, review of ITP/WPS/PQR/WPQ/MTR, Inspection during fabrication such as bevel preparation, fit-up welding parameters monitoring.
Familiar with P & Id, Isometric drawing and various design codes and standards such as ANSI B31.3/ ASME, API-510, API-570 & ASTM ETC.
Welder Qualification with conformance the applicable codes and standards.
Update and Control the Revision of all Documents in Master files.
Responsible for Document management like; Material Test, Inspection & Calibration Certificates
Maintaining files for quick retrieval.
