• Authored Inter-Ministerial Group Report for Project NFS ($3.2B) and regarded as backbone of NFS Project by Stakeholders.
• As Chief Network Architect, conceptualised, strategically planned and contracted IP MPLS network project ($422M) (largest IT Project) consisting of service provider, security, data centre, NMS, telepresence & satellite terminals.
• Liaised with Ministries of Defence & Finance and secured approvals for induction of 400+ new personnel for Operations and Maintenance.
• Defined technical requirements for Navy’s first nation-wide OFC network and concluded contract worth $82M. GIS mapping with LIDAR used for first time amongst services.

• Managed team of 200+ direct/indirect personnel for seamless, safe, reliable communications.
• Achieved many firsts including integration of ground segment of naval satellite expanding network to 100+ ships, integration of ground control station of UAVs for remote operations.
• Enhanced operational availability of country wide network by effective life-cycle management, upgrades across 45+ Terrestrial and 100+ mobile Units.
• Undertook fastest induction (QRs to Commissioning) of Coastal Security Network spread across 51 Indian Navy/Coast Guard Locations ($67M).
• Led a Multi-disciplinary team 8 officials for field evaluation trials of terrestrial, satellite network and for Decision Support Software from Raytheon, USA.
• As DRDO’s Coastal Surveillance, Cipher Policy, Wireless Planning committee’s member undertook formulation and review of policies/projects.

• First Administrator of Naval Network interconnecting 20 stations Pan India including operations, maintenance and security.
• Transitioned Eastern Fleet Ships (40+ Units) to Maritime Domain Awareness Application and received Maiden Net Centric Operations Trophy for this accomplishment.
