• To generate the layout and MEP plans;
• To generate and modify various project Layouts;
• To maintain and control the issue of drawing information;
• To receive and maintain drawing record of Tenant Fit-Outs and other drawing records as required;
• To receive and maintain records (electronic or hard copy) or any project drawings (shop drawings, Record Drawings, As built);
• Maintain detailed and accurate index/schedules of drawings held;
• Maintain detailed and accurate index/schedules of other documentation;
• To assist the Tenant Coordination Team Leader (and Team) maintaining the overall Fit-Out records documentary and drawing;
• To assist in preparing the Architectural drawings
• Monthly and weekly shop fitting out progress report preparation.
• Follow-up on time schedules with Tenants for submissions/meetings, as per the Tenant Design Criteria;
• To assist in conducting briefings for new Tenants and their Contractors regarding:
• Adherence to the rules
• Regulations
• Safety guidelines
• Insurance policies
• And Tenant Design Criteria Handbook;
To support Technical team on review and comment of Tenant Fit-Out submissions for Architectural & MEP drawings;
Working on Detailed drawings like Civil, Mechanical/Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation.
Experience in Survey Layout and utilities Services Layout.
Diploma of Associate Engineer.
