 Review technical drawings project contract and specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ) to determine execution requirements and scope and to identify engineering, procurement and construction activities and estimate time requirements.
 Break down project deliverables in to work packages and develop work break down structure.
 Estimate project requirements of resources including manpower and equipment’s and coordinate the finding with the project director and human resources officer to confirm resources availability or find alternatives.
 Determine activities relationships and integrate them with resource requirements and budget to create an accurate forecast of time, resources and project cash flow.
 Establish baseline schedule, using Primavera P6, based on project needs, activities to be carried out and available resources.
 Update project schedules and revise them upon receiving variation orders or extension of time and develop mitigation and acceleration plans when its required.
 Monitor activities progress and collect progress data from project team periodically then analyse performance against the baseline schedule using variance analysis.
 Analyse performance data to develop time forecasts using tools like critical path method, earned value and trend analysis.
 Analyse resource allocation and manpower productivity to ensure efficient activities execution and maintain work steadiness.
 Establish project key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and key deliverables.
 Prepare time extension claims (EOTs) and perform delay analysis methods such as time impact analysis (TIA).
 Prepare and maintain project status reports on weekly and monthly basis to provide to the Project Director and the Client.
 Share project performance, potential delays and project issues with the Client and consultant through weekly and monthly progress review meetings.
 Develop a detailed plan of the hand over process which specifies how the project will be transferred to the client.
