Organisation's Hierarchy chart developed,
performance Management including appraisals, performance appraisal policies, corrective actions.
manpower needs/requisitions developed and implemented along with recruitment cycle as well as induction/orientation of staff and probation appraisal process.
HR Policies and Proceduresdeveloped as per MOL Laws and company policies, like employee separation policy, loan policy, employee transfer policy, performance management policy, employee welfare policy, Employee engagement policy, employee grievances policy, Mnapower planning & recruitment policy, Orientation/Induction with onboarding policy, there SOPs and templates developed and used.
HR Objectives, Vision & Mission worked out.
Employee manual/handbook is under progress with guidelines for staff.
Introduced SMART Goals strategy for improved and effective performance.
Yearly Leave planner developed
developed KPI's for mid-level and managerial level staff and are taken up by Line amnagers monhly and by HR every six months with appraisals.

 Responsible for providing clarification to all queries posted by employees, Our Head Office staff & Client.

 Counseling employees on personnel issues, ensuring harmonious relationship and effective communications are maintained between management and staff.
 Carrying out exit interviews with staff leaving and ensuring necessary clearance from Client and Head office departments is completed, before asking finance to release EOS payments of personnel leaving the organization.
 Preparing documents for Cancellation and termination of staff from concerned government authorities and arranging tickets to staff leaving for good.
 Smooth arrangement made regarding transfer of staff from a site to another or exchange of staff.
 Liaising with different departments of Client for working out day to day issues.
 Forwarding of operational reports to GM and maintain records.
 Forwarding weekly and monthly report to GM.
