 Responsible that the company HSE plans is successfully implemented.
 Supervision on work at height.
 Roof work supervision.
 Hot work supervision
 Issues daily weekly and monthly activities report.
 Assisting in managing of day to day implementation of stringent HSE requirements and enforcing PPE usage, reporting progress to Engineers.
 Carry out Hazard analysis, Hazard identification, Risk assessment of various activities in the project and recommends control measures to eliminate minimize the hazard to as low as reasonably practicable level.
 Advise and assist in the planning and promotion of health and safety programme and establishing a suitable organization to put them into effect.
 Responsible for the day to day management of the safety section including both professional Health and Safety Officers and Administrative support staff.
 Conducts risk Assessments and implements solutions.
 Issue permit to work (P.T.W) before daily work starts.
 Deliver HSE induction to all personnel on site on various activities
 Ensured that First Aid and Occupational Health arrangements are maintained, monitored and reviewed.
 Conducts basic Toolbox talk regularly as required.
 Regular inspection of Scaffolds, Ladder and power tools before and after usage.
 Ensured that barriers and guards are placed to prevent passage through excavated areas.
 Excavation supervision
 Checking all Fire Extinguishers on site and ensure good condition
 safety violation notice to noncompliance personnel
 Ensure Good Housekeeping is observed daily after each work
 Ensure maximum protection for personnel, assets, equipment’s, visitors and environment
 policies and procedures
 Reviews safety manuals, procedures, documents, method statements and recommends appropriate amendments
 Ensures that Company’s safety & loss prevention policies and procedures are adhered to, highlights violations, and recommends changes to existing practices. It also applies to contractors
