MEP MANAGER For Real estate developer ivory to coordinate and manage all mep issues related to the projects of company as facility and construction
My job description As MEP Qc Manager to develop all company department for mep (technical office&procurement department&construction department .....etc )and improve quality and experience of mep team
I worked as mep project manger for 3 project with international clients for MERRIOTT HOTEL AND MOVENPICK HOTEL AND RAMADA HOTEL my scope is manage all MEP included in our contract and coordination between them and all incoming and outgoing letters and all submittals and control of cash flow and all others requirements to complete and
handing over projects to client and main contractor as per baseline program for the project with our profit budget and me and my team got profit and variations i the projects more than expected for our management
mep manager for coordination between all mep and civil services and preparing breakdown for monthly work done and improve of monthly progress of work as quality and progress to get monthly payment enough to get our monthly budget target
Project : 3B+G+ 11+ TOP ROOF RESDINTIAL luxury building
•Making and Implementation of the shop drawing &load schedule & procurement in accordance with the specifications and BOQ contracted with Maintaining the authority regulation(DEAW, ADDC) to ensure the delivery of the project in accordance with the standards of the country
•inventory of site required materials and send the purchase order to the purchasing department and follow-up demand until the arrival of materials to the project to ensure that the project will not delay
• Handle the tasks of supporting project personnel with technical studies, design and preparation of specifications and testing
• Responsible for making the coordination between all branches of work at site to reduce the problems for installation of all services
•Responsible for making breakdown for my company work and to get the approval from the consultant to ensure that the consultant will approve our payment same this breakdown and to follow with consultant for this payment and give him all the inspections required for the percentage which we applied for it in our payment

MAKING THE ELECTRICAL DESIGN AND FOLLOW THE DESIGNS WITH DEWA TO GET APPROVALS AND ALSO INSPECTORS FOR SEVERAL SITES
Project : MAKRO MARKET
This project period 3 month and its Germany hypermarket and the difficulty of this project that it need special tools because of the height from the finish floor exceed 10 meter and the work need special material for hanging all services in accordance the safety regulation and my scope of work to be leader for all teams to get the best quality with remaining the safety
Project : CAIRO AIRPORT MULTI STORIES GARAGE
1-My scope of work as per the above mentioned for my position as MEP PROJECT MANAGER and in this project the coordination is the most important for the site work between all branches of work because it was wide area have too much different services and the height for the every floor not enough to install all services but we did the coordination without any problem
2-Responsible for making the contract with all subcontractors and making the payment for my company and responsible to get the approval for the payment from the consultant
Project : OUD METHA BUILDING(B+G+14FL)
•Responsible for the electrical work starting of the preparing of shop darwing&material submittals to executing of the project with coordination with my manager and responsible for ordering for all materials as per the quantity required
Projects :
a- Emirates Hill Development golf Towers iii emaar Properties(31 FL)(3 tower
b- Loft Burj Dubai towers iii Emaar properties(27FL)
1-Making daily program for the site work complied with the baseline program for the project
2-Responsible for supervising and providing direction to a team supervisor, engineers and support personnel
3- Cost control for the project to be considered for the labor cost &material cost &overhead to be able to execute the project with loss for my company and this to be coordinated with my manager
Project : Port saeed hotel Apartment (2B+G+12)
• Responsible for executing the daily site program in coordination with my supervisor and solve for him all the problems related to site such as but not limited to the (materials &labors&drawing) and check the quality of the work to get more quality for the work as per the regulation
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER FOR AUTOMATION AND DESIGN CIRCUITS FOR THE WATER STATIONS
MY STUDY IN FACULTY FOR POWER ENGINEERING NOT ONLY JUST STUDY FOR COURSES BUT THIS TIME I AM NOT CARE TO GET MORE GRADE BUT I CARE TO UNDERSTAND DEEPLY THE TECHNICAL ISSUES AND I GOT EXCELLENT IN MY PROJECT BECAUSE I SELECTED AND I LIKED AND WE ARE ALLE STUDY SOME TIMES COURSES WE DO NOT INTEREST BUT WE SHOULD PASS SO I THINK THE GENERAL GRADE NOT REFERENCE FOR THE QUALIFICATION FOR THE PERSONS AND I GOT EXCELLENT FOR MORE COURSES
