Duties & Responsibilities;
Negotiating contract rates, allotment & conditions with hotels.
Comparing prices with the well-known online selling platforms (i.e GTA, DOTW & Hotel Beds) to identify suitable mark-up policy.
Computes cost of travel and accommodations of Seasonal Packages.
Works closely with customers to increase sales & reach the monthly targets.
Handling MICE enquires quotations and proposals.
Computing costs and pricing for local and international biddings.
Participating in the ground handling as a project manager.
Processing & following up on payments with customers.
Conducting Sales Calls to the travel agencies inside UAE to convince them to use our online booking system www.eetglobal.com .
Train the hotels reservation team on how to use the extranet to increase/ decrease the allotment & to control the BAR rates on the system during the highly demanded periods.
Event Management for corporate meetings, new product launches & incentive trips.
Responsibilities;
-Managing an ambitious operations team that handles all travel services.
-Negotiating travel deals with hotels and suppliers.
-Comparing prices to identify suitable mark-up policy.
-Computes cost of travel and accommodations of Seasonal Packages.
-Computing costs and pricing for local and international biddings.
-Handling the high end customers (VIP customers) and the top accounts.
-Processing & following up on payments with customers.
-Conducting Regular Sales Calls to the customers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam and Kuwait.
- Taking care of the online system bookings.
- Handling all errors on the company's Online Booking System.
