Autoexcellence for service and parts is a privately owned company that was founded over 19 years ago as a leading service and parts distribution operation in Jordan. Today, Autoexcellence owns five service and spare parts sales outlets which are located all over Jordan and expanded its presence within the regional markets “Iraq and Palestine”. Each branch covers the geographical area it’s in to ensure maximum market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee the overall finance and accounting department operations. Moreover, manage, lead and motivate the finance and accounting reports.
•Provide essential inputs and advice to the senior management on growth plans, business opportunities and overall financing strategy.
•Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory policies and procedures.
•Direct financial analysis; internal and regulatory reporting; accounting operations; budgeting; forecasting which lead to long term improvements in cost savings, profitability, and productivity.
•Inform the senior management on regular basis regarding the business financial position.
•Lead the preparation of the annual, quarterly and monthly financial reports.
•Recommend and implement the best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
•Interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
•Contribute to various financial aspects including but not limited to business planning, P&L, balance sheet, and budget preparation.
•Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth completion of annual audit.
•Build and maintain strong banking relationships to support the company’s current and future operations.
