Managing Treatment Planning team in every day cases processing.
-Hiring and training new team members and qualifying them for the Job.
-Virtually planning implants placement (Treatment plan) using computer guided surgery software ( ex, CoDiagnostix, SimPlant, Nobel clinician, SiCat, Anatomage, OsseoView and VIP).
-Designing intraoral appliances used for implant placement ( Surgical guide).
-Providing Online consultation session for Dentists, to discuss implants planing and required surgical procedures ( bone grafting, sinus lifting...etc).

Managing Customer Support team in day to day operations.
-Planning team skills upgrading and on job training.
- Hiring new agents and qualifying them for the job.
-Handling anger customers.
-Building strong relationships with premium customers and business partners.

Participating in preparing custom made Health insurance proposals for interested potential clients.
-Participating in preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Annually reports for existing customers.
-Field visits for proposals presentation to customers, and data collection for occupational hazards and employees categorization for required health care coverage.
-Participating in planning/monitoring of major projects deployments with Ministry of Health; such as Mental hospital renovation and improvement program in collaboration with Holland Governmental fund. And Takamol Project ( Part of the USAID) for Egypt Healthy Mother/Healthy Child Project
