Preparing a monthly report on Bonus For Performance and Overtime Allowance
Analysis on Forecast vs. Actual Revenue by preparing a weekly MTD report and coordinate with operations to analyse and bridge the gap
Preparation of Job Models and Process Models
Actual vs. RFQ Analysis on Pricing
Integration of NA region - over 200 customers in the ERP System
Analysis on Contracts of over 500 projects and Extract Financial Data from them - Touch base with Operations and Billing team to overcome the issues
