•Managing the monthly payroll - consolidation of updates, providing summary data to payroll outsource provider, and validating calculations prior to entry. Ensuring sign off process is compliant.

•Preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and role profiles for new comers. Oversee, consolidate & monitor the joining and exit documentation process to meet Compliance, Quality Assurance, HR process & Labor Law requirements.

•Fully responsible for insurance transactions in Jordan. Including Medical and Life Insurance.

•Maintenance & updating of HR files (online & paper files).

•Tracking leaves, ensure the accuracy and keep the leaves records updated. (Resigned associates, active associates).

•Keep HR Headcounts sheet up to date, (resigned associates & new joiners).

•Practicing HR procedures and Applying SOP’s and policies.

•Onboarding related to HR for new hires, presenting the HR Induction for all new hires across the Gulf Countries.

•Was interviewing candidates positions (Recruitment Process), also supported with CVs for Gulf roles.

•Conducting HR systems trainings and induction sessions along with regularly refreshers for all associates within the areas of responsibility.
